Questions that usually come up before the first session

Before booking a session, it's natural to want to understand how it works, who it's for, and what to expect. Here are the questions that almost always come up.

How does the mentoring work?

Mentoring takes place in individual, online sessions lasting 90 minutes. Each session is focused on real challenges brought by you.

Who is the mentoring for?

It's for anyone who wants to discuss career, product or design in a practical way, with direct and personalized exchange.

How does payment work?

Payment is made per session, before the meeting. There are no plans or recurring charges.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. Just let me know in advance and we'll find a new time that works.

Are sessions recorded?

Sessions are not recorded by default. If you'd like to record, just let me know beforehand.

What happens if I can't attend?

Without prior notice, the session is considered completed.

What if I'm late?

No problem, we carry on as normal, but the end time stays the same.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. For companies, the format and objectives are defined on a case-by-case basis.
